Villa Poggio is a private villa with swimming pool located in Le Marche region in Mogliano, an ancient medieval town between the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic coast. Set on a hill position with panoramic view, the villa is surrounded by a large garden full of vegetation with a beautiful swimming pool. The interiors are furnished with antiques and every space is designed to ensure maximum comfort and practicality. Guests can benefit from outdoor areas equipped for al fresco eating and relaxing. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV, a large dining room, separate kitchen, laundry area and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there's a living area with fireplace and direct access to the loggia and pool. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, one with twin beds, two with double beds, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and a bathroom with shower. Outside there's an annex with kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
