Pretty apartment just 150 meters from the sea and with a large terrace, elegantly renovated for a pleasant vacation in a modern atmosphere and with all comforts. The terrace above the apartment, accessible by an external staircase, is equipped with stove and sink, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower. A large pergola protects from the sun during the hottest hours or from the humidity in the evening, so you can always admire the sea on the horizon. A second terrace is accessible from the living room and is equipped with table and chairs, sink and washing machine. The apartment is located in the coastal area of Bari, in a residential area and at the same time not far from the main roads leading to Bari (15 km).
