Light and cozy bungalow in an urbanization Pinomar, with 2 bedrooms and a big terrace, in a 10 minute walk from the sandy beach La Mata/Les Ortigues. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people: it is supplied with two double beds a sofa-bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like at home: there is air conditioning cold/heat, ceiling fans, 42-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board. In urbanization there is a paid communal pool, open to the public from June to September. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Using of the air conditioner is charged separately, the cost is 0.20 €/kW. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. The car can be parked in the street, in the whole city street parking is free and safe. The company provides transfer services from/to Alicante/San Javier airport, Alicante train station.
