Self Cottage La Risca People | Cottage in Moratalla, Spain
The Risca is a set of two rural houses of the year 1. 900, rehabilitated in 1. 998, conserving all the structure and traditional decoration. The houses have been restored with every effort to make them a pleasant place for anyone who wants to spend a beautiful stay in them.
They are surrounded by autochthonous vegetation and aromatic plants like lavender, thyme, rosemary, etc. Its decoration is based on rustic style furniture.
The houses are located at about 1,200 meters of altitude, in the northwest of Murcia, specifically in Campo de San Juan de Moratalla.
They have been located next to the river Alharbe and at the foot of the peaks "El Puntal de Carreño" and "El Lanchar" at 1,588 and 1,344 meters of altitude respectively. They are located in a beautiful valley privileged to enjoy wonderful views of countryside and mountains.
La Risca I has capacity for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two double, living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms, terrace, garden, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen.
La Risca II has capacity for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, one double and the other double, living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms, terrace, garden, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen.
Both houses are equipped with central heating, stereo, board games, mountain bikes and have sheets, blankets and towels. The pool is 4 kilometers away at the sports center.
