La Païssa - Can Pericot
La Païssa is the old barn of the farmhouse, and it has about 120m² plus the terrace.It's a building apart from the other houses, separated by the common courtyard. Therefore, we say that the house is more independent.
It's distributed in three opened levels, which makes it a very bright house.
The ground floor is dedicated to the kitchen and living / dining room, and there is a bathroom.
On the middle floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. From this floor you have direct access to the pool.
And upstairs, in the attic, it has set the quad room with four beds. Here, there is air conditioning.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed, increasing the capacity the house up to 9 pax This house in the Emporda has an outside space on the ground floor with table, chairs and a barbecue.

There are a lot of activities like diving, snorkeling, sea walks and good restaurants.
Also you can go to Medes Islands which are also in 10 min drive from the houses. The archipelago of the Medes islands, situated approximately one kilometre from the L'Estartit coast, is the only marine reserve in the country.
