On the ground floor you enter the bright, friendly living room with kitchen corner, open fireplace and access to the covered terrace; on the first floor (outside staircase with small loggia) there is a further living room with sofa bed as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the house is a spacious plot with a garden shed, all in a quiet hilly location, an ideal place to relax. Within an hour's drive you can reach several Umbrian and Tuscan towns worth seeing, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all around 40-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno (30 km) with its sandy beaches and small islands. Umbertide with its shops of all kinds, trattorias and weekly market is 7km away, the charming hilltop town of Montone 8km. Città di Castello 20km. Short unpaved access road.
