Il prezzo comprende affitto, pulizia dei bagni e delle parti comuni, internet WiFi, TV, arredamento, acqua e spese condominiali. In più c'e' solamente l'energia elettrica e il gas (circa 25 euro mese) e il riscaldamento d'inverno. E' richiesta una cauzione pari a una mensilità. Price per room from 425 euro. The price includes rent, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 20 euro month) and heating during the winter. It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent.
