The villa is equipped with outdoor loungers and dining furniture.
On entering the villa there is an entrance hallway with coat and shoe storage. Doors lead off to the kitchen, ground floor double bedroom, shower room and an archway leads to the dual aspect lounge/dining area with stairs to the upper floor. The lounge/dining area has ample seating and enjoys a bright sea view. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the front and back gardens. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, induction hob with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher.
