This holiday home on the Costa Blanca is beautifully situated in a luxury villa area part of the small authentic Spanish town of Benitachell. There are no less than four fantastic beaches just a 5-10 minute drive away. Villa Benitachell is a spacious and comfortable villa. A lovely holiday home from Dutch owners in which you can spend a nice holiday with your family, relatives and / or friends.

LAYOUT VILLA BENITACHELL
Upstairs
Separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, electric kettle and mini oven. The hall gives access to the bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 1 with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet and second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Spacious modern and bright living room with comfortable sitting area, satellite television with Dutch channels (Canal Digital), a DVD player and a dining area. The living room gives access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view of the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace you also descend by stairs to the garden with the beautiful pool.
Ground floor The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven and an electric hob. There is a bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. From the living room with sitting area, LED TV and dining area you have access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view of the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace you also descend to the garden with the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with fine sun loungers all around. The ground floor apartment is a wonderful place to stay, because you have direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. Central heating throughout the house.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA BENITACHELL
The view from Villa Benitachel is magnificent and very relaxing over the rolling valley with beautiful rugged mountains in the background. The site is completely fenced and closed by an entrance gate. The pool is surrounded by lovely sun beds and a barbecue is provided for full enjoyment of the Spanish outside living. The garden is a wonderful place to spend the days relaxing. There is a nice outdoor shower in the garden and, like the outdoor kitchen, it has hot and cold water. There is a covered terrace overlooking the surroundings and the garden. Opposite the outdoor kitchen there is a storage room with a toilet and sink. Here is also the washing machine and an extra freezer.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION VILLA BENITACHELL
DETAILS
Arrival and departure days: every day of the week. In July and August arrival and departure on Saturday. Bookings must be back to backor a minimum of 7 nights in between (exceptions may apply in July and August). We ask you to contact us to discuss your wishes.
Up to 4 persons you only rent the upper floor and for 5-8 persons the lower floor is also rented with a surcharge.
In the months of July / August you rent the entire house, regardless of the number of people and there is 1 total price.
So there are two options:
1. Rent of the entire villa: possible all season up to a maximum of 9 people. If you want to rent the whole house outside of July and August while you book with a maximum of 4 people, please send us an e-mail to confirm this. Price indication: enter 5 persons.
2. Rent of the upstairs apartment only (max. 4 people)
If only the upstairs apartment is rented, the ground floor apartment remains closed. You keep the garden and swimming pool for private use.

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning € 150, bedlinen/towels € 15 pp
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTERMONTHS
Villa Benitachell is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per gas bottle, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1400 per 4 weeks (for the upper floor). Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
