Hereby our detailed hygiene plan
- LIVING ROOMS, CORRIDORS AND BEDROOMS
1. Ventilation of the whole house during cleaning process.
2. Disinfection of all surfaces with INNOVA (multi-surface sanitizing detergent). Special emphasis will be placed on bedside tables, back/arm-rests of sofas, telephones, light switches and other switches, door knobs, railings, electronic devices, controls and all other objects located there.
3. The floor will be mopped with INNOVA disinfectant liquid.
4. Soft furnishings, such as sofas, etc. to be sprayed with an alcoholic solution.
- KITCHEN
1. Total disinfection of all worktops, taps, appliances and more. Using SUPERDESGREIXANT and INNOVA products.
2. Used kitchen utensils will be washed in the dishwasher at maximum temperature.
- BATHROOMS
1. The entire bathroom will be disinfected paying special attention to: toilets, taps, switches, sink and all the bathroom fittings. Products to be used: INNOVA and CLORSIST.
- TERRACE
1. All the terrace furniture such as tables, chairs, deck chairs, etc. will be disinfected.
- The detergents and disinfectants to be used throughout the house are INNOVA, SUPERDESENGREIXANT, CLORSIST AND ALCOHOL. Attached are the technical data sheets of each product. The usual detergents and disinfectants authorised for this purpose (those with a virucidal effect) and disposable textiles will be used for the surfaces.
- A change of cloths will be used for each house and single-use paper. Mops, brooms and dustpans will be specifically sanitized. See attached technical sheets.
- The safety equipment to be used by the worker will be disposable nitrile masks and gloves as outlined in the action plan against COVID19.
- Cleaning will be carried out according to the procedures indicated in the protocol, taking into account that there is evidence that the coronavirus is inactivated in contact with a sodium hypochlorite solution with a 0.1% concentration of 62-71% ethanol or 0.5% hydrogen peroxide, or other surfactant.
