Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!Maximum capacity of 11 people.Outdoor area of 780 m2 with garden and private swimming pool (10 x 4 m), large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals near the pool with beautiful mountain views. It has a built-in barbecue and parking.The house is divided into 2 floors with independent entrance: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room (TV) with exit to the pool terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each) and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor we find a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.Groups of young people not accepted.
