This is a three bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a prime location in the La Florida district in the Orihuela Costa. The accommodation can hold up to 6 people. It has a front balcony and an upstairs roof terrace which you have sole private use of with garden furniture for alfresco dining.
There is free use of the communal pool located at the back of the property.
It is in a quiet family friendly area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The Abbey Tavern is a mere 2 minute walk.
It has a small refurbishment since mid 2022 and the first stay we had after was 5 star review.
There are several beaches along the coast. Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are the closest but a 10 minute drive away is Caba Roig which is our personal favourite as it is in the most beautiful setting. Playa de Glea is probably the biggest beach in the region and is approximately 15 minutes drive from the property but is a very busy bustling beach.
It is also conveniently located for the popular La Zenia Boulevard which has a host of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and is only a few minutes drive away or a 25 minute walk.
Villamartin is also close by and is a 5 minute drive/taxi ride. The Villamartin Plaza is home to several bars and restaurants and is a pleasant place to to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Torrevieja is approximately 15 minutes drive/taxi ride away, this is a tourist hotspot with several bars and restaurants on the beach and in the harbour. There are markets there which are nice to walk around in the evening when the temperature cools down slightly!

Check In and Out times are set but it is often flexible but we need to know in advance in case the property needs cleaning for the next holiday makers.
