Guests will have sole occupancy of this traditional Spanish Rancho, with private pool, in the village of Pantano de los Bermejales. The lake is a short walk away where you can swim, paddle board, kayak and sunbathe. The area is also very popular for walkers, road and mountain bikers.
The 3 bedroom villa has a private walled garden with patio, pool and BBQ cooking area.
All bedrooms have high wooden beam ceilings and fitted wardrobes and share a large family bathroom.
The space
Living area is open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with separate utility room. A new hob, oven and fridge/freezer have been installed.
There are 3 ground floor bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double which are separated from the main living accommodation by a hallway and adjoining door. All 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom which has twin sinks, toilet, bidet and free standing shower with a brand new cubicle.
At the front of the house there is shaded outdoor dining area overlooking the patio, pool and garden. The garden and pool area have a gated entrance to ensure extra safety for families with young children.
There is also an outdoor kitchen including BBQ and sink.
The pool area is surrounded by a patio and has a outside bathroom which includes a cold water shower and toilet.
Guest access
Guests will have sole occupancy of the property and access to the whole ground floor and exterior of the house.
The mezzanine area and spiral staircase are marked as a private and must not be accessed by guests. The upstairs area will be unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
Bedding and pillows are provided but we ask guests to bring their own towels.
There is off-road parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars.
Although there is no air-conditioning the design of the house with high ceilings and north facing bedrooms provides a comfortable indoor environment. There are also electric fans provided in each bedroom.
