Within 50 km there are the lakes of Piediluco, Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. To the beautiful city of Rome is only 65 km. On the first floor: spacious living / dining room with fireplace, billiards area, access to the equipped veranda. Large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher and high fireplace for barbecue) with access to the outdoor area. On the 1st floor: (access also by external staircase), 4 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom.
