Casa Brunetti is a lovely appartement, located on the first floor of a historic building on the outskirts of the renowned historic centre of Monopoli. Through an imposing main door, one enters the condominium hallway with 'chianca' floors and high vaulted ceilings; a staircase, also in stone, leads to the flat. On entering, a small corridor gives access to the living area, with kitchen and living room in an open space, with attention to every detail of style and comfort, equipped with: kitchenette with peninsula and stools, table with chairs, sofa-bed and TV. The large French window gives plenty of light to the room and a small balcony overlooks the famous merchants' street, Via Garibaldi. Comfortable bathroom with shower. Finally there is a double bedroom, whose furnishings in shades of green give a feeling of relaxation. Casa Brunetti is located in the main street of the historic centre, Via Garibaldi, full of small restaurants offering typical seafood and local cuisine, small shops for souvenirs, and open-air bars where you can enjoy delicious drinks. Walking along the main street, it is possible to reach the old harbour, the Carlo V Castle built overlooking the sea, the main square, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. Other places of interest, such as Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte and many more, can be reached by car by driving a few kilometres.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day.
