This 2 bedroom flat consists of one room with a double bed and another one with two single beds plus a cozy living-room. Located super close to the Sagrada Familia, it generously hosts 4 people. A rare find for those who like peace and quiet, a treat for light sleepers and those who need rest between their travels.

The resting area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, connected to a small balcony facing the interior court, the "patio de manzana" as the locals call it, side designed to be the most quiet part of any building, and a bedroom with two single beds.
The activities area include the traditional comfy sofa area, fitted with all the essential entertainment technology (TV, DVD, WiFi) and the dining area, where you can set a very nice table for 4 people to enjoy takeout, or even your own cooking (just make sure you don't burn down the building).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of household goods such as: cutlery, crockery and washing machine and the bathroom is small but clean and has a shower.
We really do mean the part about this flat being quiet. Barcelona can be a bit overwhelming, there is so much vibrancy and effervescence, especially the parts around the center that have crucial landmarks such as Sagrada Familia, an epic UNESCO monument that gathers pilgrims and travelers from every corner of the world.
Just walking through the city can get you tired pretty easily. That's why it's so crucial to find accommodations that are both easily accessible AND comfortable when you need to hit the reset button (or the snooze). This works both ways, however - you are also expected to keep the noise levels to a minimum. Enjoy the silence!

Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautifully vibrant , with plenty to enjoy outdoors & experience around the city.
The apartment is located within walking distance to many parks & different city landmarks, plus (big PLUS) the beach is easily accessible on foot. How cool is that?
Don't worry about shopping for groceries!
There are many well stocked hypermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Liddl, Bonpreu, etc. conveniently accessible on foot from the flat. Grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by cooking a delicious meal.

While every professional company cleans their short-term rental thoroughly between guests, these challenging times times require special measures. Rest assured we're taking additional precautions to disinfect the property to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We're in constant accordance with new protocols advised by global health organizations (including the ECDC and World Health Organization) to have a system in place called "COVID-19 Disinfection Checklist for short-term rental disinfection". The laundry is cleaned professionally after each guest checks out, according to the same guidelines and by the Travelling by car?

Is this a work trip?
Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be.
Last minute bookings ?
Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
