The vacation home is close to Resina Golf & Country Club and is part of the Sunset Complex. Within a 10-minute drive of here are activities like Paintball Estepona, buggy rides, and trekking along the Senda Litoral. The penthouse is surrounded by more than 30 golf courses. Restaurants and bars are about 20 minutes walk from the penthouse.
Visitors can also enjoy Playa de Guadalmansa, along with a variety of beach-front cafes and bars, at a quick 8-minute drive from this location. About a 20-minute walk, you find also the Playa Gualdamina. The Animal Park Selwo Aventura is a 6-minute drive away for individuals who enjoy animals. In the meantime, Puerto Banús' glitzy discos and bars are just a 15-minute drive away, and Marbella is another 5 minutes away from Puerto Banús.
