Built on various levels, the nine bedrooms Mediterranean-style residence consists of the main house and the pool suite on the lower level of the sprawling grounds.
Upon entry into the main house, the walkway forks into the comfortable living area on the left and a tower of bedrooms stacked over two levels with a cosy attic at the top level lies to the right. Wander straight along the walkway and discover the beating heart of the residence – a central patio that embraces Moorish traditions with its archways, painted mural and decorative tiles complemented by varying hues of terracotta reds and oranges with rich blues inspired by the Mediterranean Sea. This patio serves as a direct intersection between the master bedroom, master twin room, courtyard room and the kitchen.
The kitchen, designed with rustic simplicity with a skylight, fireplace and an adjoining wine cellar space, creates a warm atmosphere where family and friends can converge around the central island for good food and conversation. Tower Wing
Just off the main entrance, the tower wing houses a total of four bedrooms with built-in wardrobes over two levels. Three of the rooms feature queen size beds and one has a twin bed, offering flexibility for guests. Each level has a bathroom with vanity, separate bath and shower areas and heated rail for toasty towels. Guests at the tower wing have easy access to the attic at the highest level where a cosy nook has been created for those seeking solitude or to enjoy a good read from the selections displayed.
Pool Suite
The ideal blend of soothing neutral colour palettes and a breathtaking mountain views of the Mediterranean Sea at the horizon, the pool suite is an intimate sanctuary for a family of four. Two bedrooms, one featuring a queen size bed and another with twin beds, each comes with an en-suite bathroom with vanity and shower areas. Equipped with a kitchenette, lounge area and dining table set by the bay windows to frame captivating views.
