Disconnect from everyday life in this beautiful place surrounded by forests and countryside where you will take a dip in the shared chlorine pool which sixes 15 x 5 meters and has a depth from 0.5 to 2 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds around the pool and enjoy other pretty corners within the property to relax and disconnect. The apartment also has a 20 m² furnished terrace with a dining table for two people under the parasol. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.The 55 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and has no elevator. You will find a rustic and current style in the inside, with all comforts for a nice stay. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share a comfortable and luminous space with wooden beams and other unique details. It counts with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has the basic equipment to cook during your holidays. There is an only bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a fan for the hottest days. From the bedroom we have access to the en suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. The sofa turns into a sofa bed for the extra guest. There is a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. Finally, you will find a shared laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The apartament is located within a property, very close to Arta where you can visit the weekly market of Mondays and where you will find all services for an independent stay.
