Ancient rustic house recently renovated, equipped with a photovoltaic system, AC and every comfort, including a large smart TV in the living room.
The property is spread over two floors connected by a comfortable spiral staircase. Access from the outside is via a picturesque stone staircase which leads to a quiet terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing outdoor breakfast.
The accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, water kettle and coffee machine.
Our house is very convenient for visiting all the places of greatest interest in the area.
