The Villa is situated in a superb position with magnificent views across the Vale of Umbria to the Martani mountains and to the nearby town of Trevi, which can be reached by foot in only ten minutes. Trevi has an unspoilt charm and offers several very good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars and shops. The beautifully restored Villa lies in a semi-fortified estate just outside the city walls. Below the house, reached by an ancient, arched stone staircase, is the secluded garden which has a large salt water swimming pool (12m x 6m). Il Cipresso has two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms (both with showers). It has a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchen/dining room. It has a private terrace with dining table/chairs and barbecue. Mosquito nets on all windows.
