This apartment has the most amazing views and less than 3 miles drive to the nearest beach stretch. Away from the crowd, though very close to restaurants and shopping.
The urbanization is situated in an uphill location, overlooking a great part of the coastal area near Marbella. Amazing views from both terraces!
When you enter the property you find the living and kitchen area straight ahead and to the right. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace where your morning coffee is complemented with fantastic views. The terraces are facing directly south, consequently you will have sunshine throughout the entire day. The living area has a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Going down the staircase from the entrance you find a guest bathroom in the corridor which gives access to both bedrooms. Both master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds, have direct access to another terrace of approximately 160 square feet with a little table and 2 sun loungers. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

When you drive down the hill towards the beach and walk towards west where you find all kinds of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish beach bars. Check out Hippopotamos beach bar, Bono's Beach or South Beach or one of the various Spanish restaurants. Some do have live entertainment throughout summer holidays.
Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 4.3 miles and it is a 15 minutes' drive to the famous harbor of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented.
Also in the middle of Europe's greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.
