Cosy and renovated one-bedroom apartment with communal pool located not far from San Lorenzo al Mare (2km) and about 600m from the beaches, in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori.
The village is a popular tourist destination, but at the same time it is not crowded during the summer months and offers tourists the right amount of relaxation without losing the charm of a seaside holiday. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area where one can try typical Ligurian and traditional Italian cuisine.
The famous cycle path, which connects San Lorenzo al Mare with Ospedaletti, to which the flat has almost direct access (600m), always runs close to the sea and offers a 24 km route through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori from Riva Ligure via Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).
The house enjoys a convenient location halfway between Imperia and Arma di Taggia, 600m from the first beach. The area offers private beaches and numerous free beaches where you can practice water sports such as surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Famous tourist destinations such as Sanremo, Taggia, Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Monte Carlo, Nice and Cannes can be reached within a short distance.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has been tastefully renovated. It is always clean and tidy and very convenient for beach life. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a modern kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. There is also 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All guests have at their disposal: gas cooker with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and independent heating, terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs.
Communal parking for one car.
The communal swimming pool, available from mid-June to mid-September, can be reached by a short walk (200m from the accommodation). A communal tennis court is also available. Regulations for use are available at check-in.
Ideal for families with children! Pets are not allowed.
