Positive: - Location (between POLITO and Castello del Valentino); - Ratio price/quality.
Negative: - The property is not as advertised an One-Bedroom Apartment with 1 large double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room, but a Studio (one living room separated in 2 sections); - One of the windows was broken and it was too noisy (tram and bus stop just in front of the building). So I had to buy window seal and to fix a little bit the window; - Despite the central AC it was hot in the property. The host sent us a video manual how to set the airconditioning but our hero :-) was an oscillating standing fan available in the property (as I mentioned above we couldn't open a window/s because of the noise).
