Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. Everything was fine down to the smallest detail. We felt at home. The complex has private yard and parking, which create a sense of privacy. There are some facilities on site, incl tennis court and swimming pool) but we have not tried them out. It is 15 min on foot from the beach and the noisy area of the town, which is perfect for those looking for a quiet time.

Negative: The building is not well sound proofed and sometimes one can hear the neighbors.
