Summary: The hotel is situated fairly close to the beach, and the rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The breakfast was slightly disappointing and did alter from day to day, but they class it as a free breakfast so we shouldn't complain too much. The manager and owner was a lovey man who was very friendly and helpful. He even allowed us do check out late without any additional charge, so we thought that was a really nice thing to do.
One word of warning- if you're visiting Ladispoli you really need to speak itallian as very few people speak English.
