Summary: Bach Boutique Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Francesca (Frenchie) was the first person we saw at the front desk after a very long day of traveling. She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. She always met us with a smile. Alexandra, (Alex) tended bar, waited tables and worked her tail off from the time she arrived until the time she left! She spoke English very well and was able to interpret our needs to Francesca and/or Roberto, the manager. Alex was so kind to us and it was great seeing her every day. We loved staying there and it was sad leaving everyone.
