Positive: Location is fabulous, beach front, 10-15 minute walk into the Port .

Negative: Hotel is old & shabby, definitely in need of refurbishment. Old broken furniture in the bedrooms, holes in walls, cracked tiles on the floor. Bathroom shower cracked and a little dangerous to use.
