From there a pathway leads to the rear of the property where there is a private pool area with a lovely 8 x 4 m swimming pool and large surrounding sun terrace, garden areas planted with palms and a variety of native plants, seating areas and ample space for sun bathing and relaxing.
Through the front door is a large fully fitted kitchen, with extractor, ceiling fan, microwave and ample cupboard space. Off the kitchen is a huge living / dining room with storage space, ceiling fans, hot & cold air conditioning, feature fireplace housing a log burner and patio doors leading out to the pool area.
On one side of the living / dining room an opening leads into a hall which gives way to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is a large room with double fitted wardrobes, hot & cold air conditioning, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with corner bath.
