Beautiful penthouse on a 5th floor with lift. All the apartment rooms have direct access to a large terrace that surrounds it, envolving it with natural lighting.. You would enjoy the fresh air or sunbathing at a very quiet place with the advantage of being very close to the center of Madrid. It takes 10 minutes by commuter train (Puente Alcocer station is just in front of the apartment) to reach Atocha and 13 minutes to get to Embajadores Station, both in the center of the city. The subway station is 700 meters away, around 12 minutes walk from the apartment (It’s line 3 station that goes directly to SOL). Next to the apartment there are also several bus stops which are going downtown. Connections to the city center by public transport are therefore excellent by train, metro or bus.
