The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood where you can find a bar-restaurant as well. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the typical Spanish town of Balsicas where you can take the train to Cartagena, Elche, Alicante and Madrid. The villa has been built recently and is very spacious and practical. Everything is on one floor and the plot is completely flat, therefore it is suitable for wheelchair use.
