The villa is located in a low-traffic residential area in El Raso and has an excellent view of the orange groves and the salt lake. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and it is only a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minutes to Guardamar, an unspoilt, typical Spanish town with a very nice promenade and beautiful (not overflowing) beaches. Beautiful white sandy beaches with turquoise sea invite you to relax. The popular weekly market in El Raso is also worth a visit. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Alicante Airport and a 40-minute drive from Murcia Airport.
The villa has two large roof terraces this is the perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the breathtaking sunsets over the salt lake. In the paved garden around the house you can also set up the garden furniture to have a barbecue or to enjoy the Spanish sun. If you get too hot, the in-house pool is a blessing. There is also a community pool available.
