The Villa has fantastic sea and mountain views, is close to beautiful sandy beaches, and located in a lovely quiet village with restaurants, bars etc but no package tours. In bustling Puerto Mazarron, a resort popular with Spanish holidaymakers there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars and beach-based activities. Puerto Mazarron is a few minutes’ drive away or you can walk along the sea front to enjoy its many more restaurants, bars, marina, sandy bays, shops and a huge Sunday market that is a must to visit! The new marina offers fishing trips and boat trips along the coastline, as well as several diving centres. Mazarron town has a Saturday market and there are other local markets in nearby towns and villages. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms (one with cot), 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bath), an open plan living room with a large TV and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen/diner. The property has beautiful, well maintained gardens, 3 large terraces, and a covered terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst admiring breath taking views and stunning sunsets. The roof terrace with spectacular views of the beach and mountains has an outside kitchenette and BBQ, sunblinds and a dining table. The pool terrace equipped with a shower, has wonderful views over Puerto Mazarron and Bolneuvo and a covered sitting and dining area. The lower ground floor has a separate BBQ area, equipped with a hot plate and there is an additional toilet facility. There is a boule court and basket ball net for guests’ use. The Villa has free Wi-fi and some air-conditioning. Bolnuevo is a small residential complex in the municipality of Mazarron, on the Costa Calida in the Murcia Province of Spain. Situated in the bay of Mazarron, around 6 kilometres from the town itself, it was originally a peaceful, sheltered fishing bay, and has retained much of the peaceful and traditional charm of old. With its quiet sheltered beach and relaxed atmosphere Bolnuevo suits families and couples seeking a peaceful, beach holiday destination. Bolnuevo is situated approximately 45 kilometres from Murcia International airport and 40 kilometres from the historical city of Cartagena with its naval port, Roman theatre and amphitheatre.
