Positive: Bungalow is in a quiet location with 7-8 minutes walk to the beach, tram. Supermarket Consum is 3-4 minutes walk. . 3 floors, plenty of space. 2 toilets but only 1 shower. The kitchen has all the essentials. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended if you don't mind climbing stairs.

Negative: The shower is on the top floor. Once you enter the bungalow you need to climb 2 sets of stairs for the shower. No balcony.
