This house is ready to show you that being within town doesn't mean that you give up spending some wonderful and peaceful days, since here, the cosy exterior area invites to relax. The porch is perfectly furnished for your breakfasts and delicious barbecues cooked outdoors, at the patio.Inside, the house preserves traditional elements -like some stone walls, the arches, the beams and part of the furniture- that blended with other modern ones result in a beautiful combination. The living room invites to rest watching the TV, whilst the dining-kitchen, with a gas cooktop, will allow you to enjoy the best dishes.The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 2 shower bathrooms, one on each floor. Likewise, you'll find 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds on each level. A baby cot and a high chair are available. Finally, the living room, the dining kitchen and the 1st floor hallway feature an AC unit each.Sa Pobla is a town with all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, located about 10-15 minutes driving from the coast. The nearest beach is Platges de Muro, about 10.5 km away, boasting crystalline water and white and fine sand.Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family.
