CAL BISBE is a town house managed by the same family for three generations. Its rehabilitation was carried out preserving its genuine character and enhancing its original charm. CAL BISBE is located in the small rural center of La Vall or La Vila d'Avall, a privileged environment in the municipality of Capmany, located in the region of Alt Empordà (Girona-Costa Brava Norte). Capmany is a rural and wine town par excellence, which has numerous and recognized wineries in the D. O. Empordà. It is a quiet and well connected municipality (nearby AP-7 access) at relatively close distances from the main tourist centers of interest.
CAL BISBE has around it vineyards and olive groves, grazing fields and holm oaks that provide a calm, peaceful and remarkable calm environment. The house is magnificently oriented to the south and to the recess of the tramontana wind, which allows us to enjoy the sun and the outdoor spaces, whether summer or winter.
In the enclosed courtyard of the house you can park a couple of vehicles if desired. In the pool area we have enabled a large and comfortable "chill-out" space with sofas, which are shaded fantastically by a wooden pergola, which also has side awnings to better protect the space, especially in the summer.
CAL BISBE consists of two independent floors that communicate by an external staircase. It has heating and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi.
Its distribution is:
On the ground floor, a porch equipped with a wooden table and chairs where you can have breakfast and meals. Entering the house are, the hall, the fully equipped kitchen and with a large table ideal for group meals or dinners inside, the bathroom and two spacious rooms connected to each other. In the first one there is an open wood fireplace and it has 2 single beds of 90x200, in the second there is 1 double bed of 160x200.
On the upper floor, the external stairs lead to the sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture. Once we access the interior of the floor, we find a spacious living room with a closed wood burning fireplace and a small kitchen open to the same room, a full bathroom, on the right a room equipped with 2 single beds of 90x190 and on the left is the room Main equipped with a 160x200 double bed. There are also wooden stairs that go to a mezzanine of closets.
CAL BISBE also has a rustic and peculiar charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can make all kinds of grills or even a delicious paella.
Likewise and without additional cost, we put at your disposal own firewood for fireplaces and barbecue, bicycles for adults and children as well as cot and high chair for the little ones.
We accept pets, 1 per group and stay.
