Positive: This is a very beautiful property, we had the apartment with Lake Como view. Apartment is very similar to pictures. The host was very helpful and attentive to all questions and suggested the right places to go as well. Our apartment was on 2nd floor and there is not lift although we didn't find it troublesome, This seems to be a historic building as the name suggests with a new interior. very good stay indeed.

Negative: Nothing bad about it!
