Summary: We booked a panoramic double room with balcony on the 3r floor of the hotel. The room was very dark with poor lighting. When we asked for some water for our night drink we were told that there ws no bar in the hotel but we could buy some bottled water from the hotel's vending machine.
After our visit my wife discovered her purse was missing. We thought it might have been left in the hotel room. I rang the hotel twice. On both occasions the phone was put down on me when I asked if anyone spoke English. I also emailed the hotel twice but never got a response. Very poor service.

Summary: Lovely big room and bathroom. Nice breakfast and choice. Beautiful old building and right in lthe centre of Trento, close to everything. The Trentino card was a great added bonus for getting into local museums, the cable car and public transport etc. Elisa was the perfect host. We loved our stay in Trento. Highly recommended.

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights to be nearer the historical sites so a little walk into town.
Did not eat in the hotel so can only comment on the room which was large and clean. Bar options but no safe.

Summary: Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen. We are thrilled to have an alternative to AirBnb and recommend others to try this hotel. Parking was readily available and right next to the entrance to our room. Safe and secure.

Summary: Very nice property, old monastery. Rooms are large, but somewhat outdated, good buffet breakfast for the price. ample parking in they’re two lots. Very helpful front desk. Enjoyed my stay.will return on my next visit.
