Summary: The guest room presented several areas requiring attention. Specifically, the walls displayed noticeable soiling, and the curtains exhibited staining. The television was not appropriately sized for the space, and the room lacked essential amenities such as a refrigerator and coffee-making facilities. Furthermore, access to the terrace was limited during daylight hours. Despite a request for room cleaning submitted early in the morning and a departure at 08:30 a.m. for a six-hour visit to the Alhambra, the room remained unserviced upon our return, which was disappointing. The provided towels were of substandard quality, appearing thin, dry, and showing signs of wear. While the reception staff was commendable and the breakfast service met expectations, the condition of the rooms and the quality of room service were deemed unsatisfactory. As a result, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.
