Positive: 1) Close to beach (1.1km from Kata beach) 2) Clean room and bathroom 3) Good AC and warm water 4) Helpful when I forgot key card to get in hotel late at night. I called and they help me open door to hotel 5) Walking distance from eateries

Negative: 1) Gate to go in hotel is kept locked. Had to climb over it to go reception 2) Nobody available in reception. Lady on her phone when she came and I had to tell her to get off the phone and check me in 3) Shared bathroom has no soap or shampoo, only hand soap is provided 4) Limited parking for motorbike 5) Keys and keycard are separate so easy to forget card 6) Must lock gate everytime you come in out and of hotel 7) Check out is at 11am not 12pm like most hotels in Phuket 8) When I checked out at 11am, nobody in reception. I had to climb the gate to get out of hotel. I had to return keys so I could not open it anymore 9) Bed not comfortable. You can feel the wires
