This house has 4 rooms facing outside: 1 suite with double bed and terrace, 2 independent double rooms and a loft with two beds. Built-in wardrobes, two fully-equipped bathrooms and one toilet.
Parlavà is a little and quiet village of Empordà area, with Costa-Brava beaches only 15 kms away. Ideal house to lodge till 8 people in a quite, wide and natural environment in Empordà and Costa Brava area.
A very well decorated house, which offers a warming atmosphere in all the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, ... to feel at home.

A big leaving-room with sofas and dinning table with a large window, through which you can access to the private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
