All rooms have individual Aircons and Fans. The Gaslog fireplace and gas heating system allow for year around living. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher. Large sunroof with BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings. 300MB fibre optic cable provides great WIFI connection to see your favorite Shows / Netflix on TV. Covered, glassed in porch for the morning coffee.
A well equipped SPAR supermarket is a 5 minutes walk from the house. 8 minutes will get you to some nice restaurants and bars for good dining and entertainment.
The house is suitable for kids. The entire property is NON smoking. House is being taken care off by local property management. The free standing house is located in a nice residential community. Therefore no partying. Sorry! The entire home has been a smoke free environment and we keep it that way. Therefore smoking on the property is not allowed. Please accept.
