Las Palmitas is a small development of just 13 detached villas, well built and superbly positioned in the lower hillside surrounding the championship golf courses of La Manga Club, enjoying stunning views over the surrounding area as far as the waters of the Mar Menor, an inland sea water lagoon formed by 22 kilometres of land stretching out into the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is well equipped, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and with the use of 2 sofa beds, could sleep 8 people comfortably.
