Summary: The apartment is just as listed; clean and crisp. It is near the train station (~500 meters, easy walk through the neighborhood streets.) There is a stove top, microwave, refrigerator and appliances to make tea and coffee (if you are not familiar with the moka pot, look up directions online.) There is plenty of room for 2 people to relax, hang up their belongings, shower, do laundry, etc. The apartment is probably about 800-1000m from the main tourist sites, but a pretty easy walk that takes you by many grocery/fruit stores where you can get supplies. We enjoyed our 4 nights in the apartment and especially appreciated Elisabetta's generosity (she offered to pick us up at the train station and we were very grateful after over 24 hours of travel.) She is by far the easiest host I have ever dealt with and is reason enough to merit a high rating. Do be aware that the apartment is on a very busy road and can be quite noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.
