Positive: Very spacious apartment in the heart of Brescia, located right on a beautiful pedestrian shopping area. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The apartment has a washing machine which is very helpful when traveling for an extended period of time. The bathroom has been updated. The WiFi worked well. If you need to work while on vacation, this is a good apartment because there's a table in the kitchen which can be closed off from the living room where the TV is. There's also a large dining table in the living room, which would make a good work space.

Negative: The shower is awkward to use. It is in a tub that is difficult and even a bit hazardous to enter/exit because it is slippery and there is not a grab bar. The small swinging glass door isn't wide enough to prevent the shower from spraying onto the floor, so the floor gets wet whenever the shower is used. Don't let this dissuade you from choosing this apartment; just be aware in case you have mobility issues that make it difficult for you to step into/out of a tub or that make you unsteady on your feet, especially on a wet floor.
