The owners have chosen to preserve some of the historic elements while incorporating modern necessities and comforts. As a result, you'll find that the small kitchen is equipped with all the basics for a quick meal, including a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.
An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.
For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.
In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)
For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
