Positive: The space is outstanding and rooms really big. It never feels overcrowded. The staff were outstanding and super friendly. The pools are fabulous, specifically the adult only area. Also enjoyed the daytime pool activities

Negative: Unfortunately a few things have changed over the years since we first stayed in 2010. The Oasis no longer opens for evening meals and whilst the Nami has been made available in its place (presumably) the rather restrictive menu isn’t great especially if you are not a fan of Asian cuisine. Also disappointing was that the Pangea was closed at lunch. This was always a great choice for lunch as it was more accessible for choice. Also do not understand why The Barraquito would not be included in AI when it is a local drink and no more expensive to make than other coffees and cocktails available in AI. Also why is pink gin such as Gordon’s not available in AI when it is not expensive in Tenerife? All that being said we still had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay again!

Summary: Despite a few niggles re the dining I cannot fault it and. will visit many years to come. A wonderful place to visit for
