This stunning contemporary villa was designed and built to follow the movement of the sun. There is a large selection of untouched villages to explore in the area, with great local restaurants to choose from. The famous medieval city of Todi is just a 15 mins drive, Perugia is nearby as are all the beautiful Umbrian cities of Spoleto, Assisi and Orvieto. And you can fly into Perugia in the summer months or into Rome that is under two hours away. Umbria offers many surprises, from small markets to Etruscan and Roman remains to experience away from the crowds that you find further north in Tuscany.
