Summary: The staff was fine. The refrigerator did not work. I could not get through on the phone to the front desk. When I went downstairs I was told they could not fix it -- that person fixes these issues was not there and they could not fix the refrigerator or put in a replacement. We had a room with a patio. Not worth the getting the patio upgrade. The rear view is a courtyard with balconies with laundry and other storage items.
