Le Marche is known as the best kept secret of Italy, and is a region that has everything you could wish for. Marche is located in Italy between the Adriatic and the Apennines. In Le Marche you will find mountains, beaches, beautiful old towns and charming villages, but also untouched nature. It is reminiscent of Tuscany, but here you will find the peace, quiet and purity. The perfect setting for enjoying Italy and to simply enjoy a sporty, culinary, cultural and relaxing holiday. Our house is quietly located at 500 m from the road in a pristine landscape, surrounded by farmland, centrally located between the Apennines and the Adriatic coast. Here no landscape pollution by utility poles, solar panels, cell towers or busy roads. With some luck, see can you in a herd of deer or wild boar pass next to the casa, while a couple eagles and falcons scour their territory from the air.
Currently there are four independent apartments furnished in different sizes for 3 to 5 guests with maximum preservation of the original features that are typical of the Italian houses. All apartments have a separate entrance, a private terrace and a separate living and sleeping area, and feature all modern comforts: kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave, LED TV, Blu-ray player. Building is surrounded by big open garden of 3500 m² with various fruit trees (cherries, figs, persimmons, almonds, apples, plums, mulberries, apricots) which can be picked by the guests. A lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where a delicious local cuisine is served at very reasonable prices. The casa is in the wine region of the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi". Shops, pharmacy, ... 5 km from the Casa San Lorenzo in Campo. 40 minutes drive from the central Apennines with different natural parks (Frasassi / Monte Nerone / Monte Cucco / Monte Catria) and 40 minutes drive from the Adriatic Coast (Senigallia / Marotta / Ancona / Sirolo). There are also many cultural cities nearby: Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, San Marino, but you can also quietly enjoy your cappuccino at a local café in one of the many traditional villages nearby.
